MI Distributing of the Mid-West is nor responsible for printing errors or for changes in specifications not under its control. Some promotional pricing has time limitations. Prices are subject to change. Delivery times are approximate and while every effort will be made to effect delivery by a specific date, such delivery is not guaranteed. We do not deal in used goods. We reserve the right to refuse orders or to deny service to any dealer who violates Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies of manufacturers that we represent.

Product warranties may vary depending on the manufacturer whose warranty information appears in their respective pricing literature. It should be noted that altering, removing or defacing serial numbers on any product voids the warranty on that product, as will modification of the product in any shape or form.

Suppliers often make changes in style, design, color and/or make other improvements to their products, without advance notice, and they accept no obligation to provide any such changes or improvements in items previously manufactured or sold.

In addition to Minimum Advertised Prices (MAP) policies practiced and promulgated by various manufacturers, some manufacturers also have minimum order requirements. MI Distributing tries to have such minimum order requirements waived in emergency cases when a customer needs a light bulb or a replacement part in order to minimize the down time of product on location in the field. It should be noted that this is an emergency service and not a substitute for a dealer who does not maintain a minimum supply of such items in stock.

A reasonable amount of sales literature, sales aids (VHS tapes, CD’s, CDRom's), color catalogs, consumer and dealer pricing information is available at no charge to help dealers better inform their personnel and customers.

Dealers who wish to display product in their stores should inquire about special display promotions from MI Distributing. These promotions vary from time to time and from one manufacturer to another and permit dealers to obtain product for display at a special reduced price.
